Puppy Adoption Application

SOME INFO BEFORE YOU APPLY…

All of our sires and dams are on site, up-to-date on veterinary care, and full panel DNA tested. All puppies are dewormed every 2 weeks and receive their first vaccination, have a puppy wellness exam completed by our vet and will have a microchip prior to leaving Deubella. 

Once your application is approved, we will provide you our terms and conditions agreement to review. After you have reviewed the terms and conditions, to hold a puppy,  we require a $200 non-refundable deposit payable by Zelle, Venmo or CashApp. 

After a puppy is reserved you will receive weekly photo updates and periodic videos. We will reach out to you approximately 2 weeks prior to pick-up to make pick-up arrangements. Puppies are usually ready to be picked up at  8 weeks old unless we or our vet think they need to be held longer.
